Entertainment.ie took home the grand prix at the 2012 Realex Payments‘ Irish Web Awards tonight. The Sociable won the Best Technology website award along with Silicon Republic (We also won the hula hoop competition twice!).
Taking place in the historic Round Room at the Mansion House in Dublin the 2012 Irish Web Awards were the biggest in the event’s five year history. Most of Ireland’s web community was in attendance (in spite of strong competition from the eircom Spider Awards, which were taking place at the other side of the city).
Kooba.ie and Entertainment.ie were the big winners of the night-taking home multiple awards each. We were honoured to be co-awarded the Best Technology Website along with Silicon Republic, who have won the accolade over the past few years.
